Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Body parts and cuts are non-refundable and sold AS-IS without any warranty expressed or implied.
● Unless otherwise stated, electrical parts and computers are sold AS-IS without any warranty expressed or implied.

Please Note
● A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original components. Items cannot be disassembled, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect installation or user fault.
● Contact our customer service team at (865) 505-0345 or email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for return. ● Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
● In case of receiving damaged or incorrect items, customers are advised to contact us immediately. Do not accept damaged packages; instead, have them returned to the sender.
● You will need to provide proof of purchase, installation receipts, and maintenance records. Documentation helps verify claims and ensures they meet warranty conditions.
● If you received a part different from what was ordered, it is considered a fulfillment error by ALL AUTO PART STORE. Contact customer service to arrange for the correct part to be sent or to receive a full refund. ALL AUTO PART STORE covers return shipping costs in this case.
